Coverage applies to anyone in BC who has reported their accident to ICBC and has an active claim number, regardless of who was at fault.

If you've been in a motor vehicle accident, you may be entitled to counselling sessions covered through ICBC and at no cost to you. I'm a registered ICBC provider and handle direct billing on your behalf, so you can focus on healing.

How to get Started

1. Report your accident to ICBC

If you haven't already, report your accident to ICBC and get your claim number. You'll need this to access your benefits.

2. Book a free consultation with me

Reach out to book a free 15-minute call. Let me know you have an ICBC claim and I'll walk you through the process. No referral needed.

3. I handle the billing

Once we confirm your claim, I bill ICBC directly. You don't pay anything out of pocket and there's no paperwork for you to submit.

4. Begin your recovery

We begin online sessions from the comfort of your home, working at a pace that feels right for you using trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches.

Common Questions

What if my accident was more than 12 weeks ago?

You may still be eligible for coverage. If your accident falls outside the initial 12-week window, I can create a treatment plan and submit it to ICBC for approval before we begin. Once approved, sessions are covered as normal. Reach out and we can discuss your situation together.

Do I need to see my doctor first?

No. You can contact me directly without a referral. All you need is your ICBC claim number.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes! All sessions are online, so you can access support from anywhere in BC.

What if I need more than 12 sessions?

If extended coverage is needed, I can apply to ICBC for additional sessions on your behalf before your initial coverage expires.

What therapeutic approaches do you use for MVA recovery?

I use trauma-informed, somatic, and evidence-based approaches including IFS, EFT, and CBT — all well-suited to processing trauma and anxiety after an accident.
